Complete is €25 a month with unlimited forms and the Business add-on included. Lifetime is €189 one-time for unlimited forms, or €16 a month for 12 months as an instalment plan. Every package includes unlimited responses, 3 workspaces, a custom domain with SSL, unlimited team members, unlimited file uploads (50 MB per file), payments via Stripe, custom CSS and JS, webhook and email notifications and API access.
Add-ons for Pre-paid and Lifetime: Business at €18 a month (B2B data enrichment, email verification, data-retention control, selling multiple products, no backlink, no report badge, custom email domain), Extended at €19 one-time (multiple products, no backlink, no report badge, custom email domain) and backlink removal at €10 one-time. The honest knock
Lifetime does not include the Business add-on (enrichment, email verification, no backlink), which costs €18 a month on top, and a lifetime licence is only as durable as the company. Mailchimp is still listed as planned and the AI assistant as experimental. We found no published refund policy. Prices are in euros excluding VAT. We have not used Deftform ourselves.

Count your forms before you pick
Deftform prices forms, not responses or seats, so the right package depends on how many forms you will keep live. Pre-paid at €4 a form, bought five at a time, is €20 for five forms with no subscription; at ten forms it is €40, our arithmetic. Lifetime at €189 is unlimited forms paid once, which breaks even against Complete's €25 a month in under eight months. What Lifetime and Pre-paid do not include is the Business add-on, at €18 a month, which carries data enrichment, email verification, retention control and the removal of Deftform's backlink and report badge.
If you need those, Complete at €25 a month already includes them, and Lifetime plus Business costs €18 a month on top of the €189. The cheapest route to a clean, unbranded form without enrichment is Lifetime or Pre-paid plus the one-time €10 backlink removal or the €19 Extended add-on.
How to actually use Deftform
Build your first form free before choosing a package; the vendor says the first one is free to try. Use it to check the field types you need, the conditional logic and multi-page layout, and how the embed looks on your own site, which one customer quote on the home page calls its weak spot. Then count. Fewer than about ten long-lived forms points to Pre-paid; a growing number points to Lifetime or Complete.
Decide early whether you want the Powered by Deftform backlink removed, since that is €10 one-time or part of an add-on. Connect notifications next: email per form, webhooks, Slack, Discord, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, MailerLite, Make or Pabbly. Mailchimp is listed as planned, not available. For payments, connect your own Stripe account; Deftform says it charges no fees on top. Treat the AI assistant as a draft: the vendor itself marks it experimental.
