The Honest Atlas MCP gives Claude, Cursor or any MCP client the same hand-researched dossiers that sit behind every review on this site: the price as read on the vendor’s page on a stated date, the honest catch, who the tool is genuinely for, and who should skip it. No invented numbers. 42 tools reviewed on Office Software Marketplace are in it, alongside the rest of the network’s 430+ dossiers.

Requirements: Python 3.8 or newer, nothing else. About 300 lines you can read yourself. It fetches the public dossier feed once a day and runs entirely on your machine: no account, no tracking, no key.

What it is, and what it is not

One server for six sites. The MCP is published on AIBuilder Marketplace and serves the whole network’s corpus, so there is nothing separate to install for this site. Dated, not live. Prices carry the date they were read; the server does not scrape vendors in real time. Disclosure. Dossiers include our affiliate links, marked as such in the data; a sign-up through one may earn us a commission at no cost to you, and it never changes the verdict. Dossier data is CC BY 4.0.
