GoflowGoflow Review (2026)Free Forever, Then $2 an Order

Operations & WorkflowResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-26

Core is free forever but no longer the whole platform: it connects only Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart, has no API or App Store, syncs with QuickBooks Online only, and stops importing at 500 orders until the 1st of the next month.

Best for: multichannel e-commerce operations with serious order volume that want orders, inventory, purchasing, listings and shipping unified — including EDI retail.

Goflow Core is free forever at $0/mo with no credit card, capped at 500 orders a month (new orders then wait until the 1st of the next month or an upgrade), 3 users and 1,000 newly created listings, and limited to stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart, QuickBooks Online only, with no API and no App Store. Paid subscriptions are priced by typical monthly order volume through a calculator on the page; its plan data lists $499 for 750 orders, $789 for 2,500, $1,149 for 5,000, $1,449 for 10,000 plus 100 wholesale, $2,249 for 25,000, $2,999 for 50,000 and $4,599 for 100,000, each with a wholesale-weighted twin at the same price that trades retail orders for wholesale ones ($1,149 buys 5,000 retail orders or 2,000 plus 100 wholesale).

The $499 and $789 plans include no wholesale orders. Overage per additional order runs from $0.70 on the $499 plan through $0.50 and $0.30 down to $0.10, and from $8 down to $3 per wholesale order. On 3 September the page showed named tiers instead, Launch $499 (750 orders) and Scale $979 (5,000 orders plus wholesale); no $979 plan exists in the current data.

Every paid plan is month-to-month, billed on the 1st, with no setup or implementation fees; Enterprise is shown as "Let's talk" and is the one 12-month commitment. EDI, SFTP and AS2 connections carry a one-time setup and testing fee of typically $500-1,300 per connection, and custom document or label design is billed hourly. Channel-fulfilled orders count at half weight. There is no free trial and no discount programme — the free Core plan is the trial (vendor mail, 12 Aug 2026). The catch

The next step up is $499/mo for 750 orders, and Goflow states you cannot move back down to Core once you go paid. Budget the EDI setup separately: $500-1,300 one-time per connection, multiplied by the number of retail partners.

What Goflow does

Multichannel e-commerce operations: orders, inventory, listings and shipping across all your marketplaces in one dashboard. Goflow Core is free forever (500 orders, 3 users) and automates Amazon MCF fulfilment for TikTok Shop orders; the vendor states eligible orders may qualify for 35% savings on Amazon MCF rates (vendor mail, 27 Jul 2026). Goflow lists 250+ integrations across marketplaces, shipping, 3PL and accounting (goflow.com, 12 Aug 2026), and a nocnoc integration keeps Latin American listings, inventory, orders and fulfilment in sync from inside Goflow (vendor mail, 5 Aug 2026).

What buyers report about Goflow

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Goflow ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • • Integration breadth is the recurring praise — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Shopify and Magento plus EDI, 3PL and ERP; Goflow's own site lists 250+ integrations (checked 12 Aug 2026). For a genuinely multi-channel seller that breadth is the point.
  • • Reviewers running it for years describe it as easy to learn, with updates shipping constantly.
What they complain about
  • • Paid plans start at $499/month and scale with order volume. The free Core plan stops at 500 orders, 3 users and 1,000 created listings, and reviewers below roughly that volume say the automation depth does not pay for itself until you cross into a paid tier.
  • • One reviewer describes a refund dispute where their bank confirmed Goflow's payment processor blocked an ACH dispute, leading them to file a formal fraud complaint with the New York Attorney General's Internet and Technology Bureau. That is one customer's account and an open allegation, not a finding — but it is the kind of thing to weigh before committing at this price.

When the paid plan is worth it

Read the Core limits before the prices, because since September what Core withholds is features and what the paid plans sell is volume. Core is free forever with 500 orders a month, 3 users and 1,000 new listings, but it only connects Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart, syncs only with QuickBooks Online, and has no API and no App Store. The first paid plan, $499 a month, covers 750 orders: 250 more than free for $499, about $2 each.

What it really buys is the rest of the platform — any of 250+ integrations including wholesale, dropship and EDI partners, unlimited users and listings, the API, and orders that keep importing past the allowance. Above that the ladder is plain volume pricing, read 23 September 2026 from the page's calculator: $789 for 2,500 orders, $1,149 for 5,000, $1,449 for 10,000, $2,249 for 25,000 and $2,999 for 50,000, which takes the price per order from about 67 cents to 6.

Overage is published — 70 cents an order on the $499 plan, 50 on $789, 30 on $1,149 — so from roughly 1,160 orders a month the $789 plan already beats paying overage on the $499 one. Channel-fulfilled orders (FBA, WFS, FBT, Shopify POS) count at half weight. Wholesale needs a closer look: the $499 and $789 plans include no wholesale orders and bill $8 for each, and included wholesale starts at $1,149, where a variant swaps retail volume for it (2,000 retail plus 100 wholesale instead of 5,000 retail).

What upgrading does not solve: every EDI, SFTP or AS2 connection still costs a one-time setup and testing fee of typically $500 to $1,300, on any plan; custom document or label design is billed hourly; and there is no way back to Core once you subscribe. No tier makes the first step cheaper either — the first 250 orders past Core cost $499 however you read the ladder. There is no free trial and no discount programme; the vendor told us on 12 August 2026 that Core is the trial.

We checked this price twice

Our monthly capture read this vendor's pricing page in July 2026 and again in August 2026, and the amounts were the same both times. We keep watching — the registry records what moves.

How to actually use Goflow

Start on Core, which is free forever and is the only trial there is, but check first that Core can see your business. It connects stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart only, syncs with QuickBooks Online only, and has no API and no App Store. If you sell wholesale, through a dropship partner or on another cart, or run QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Core cannot show you your real operation, and a demo is the closer test.

Know the two cliffs. At 500 orders in a month Core stops importing: new orders wait until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade. They are not lost, but fulfilment stalls, so watch the counter in a peak month. And Core is an entry plan only — once you subscribe you cannot move back to it, although you can move between paid plans before any billing cycle.

Size the paid plan on a typical month, not the peak. Plans bill on the 1st and change with one business day's notice; orders over the allowance are billed per order (70 cents on the $499 plan, 50 on $789, 30 on $1,149), and you can set an auto-upgrade in advance for a known peak. Channel-fulfilled orders count at half, so 1,000 FBA orders use 500 of the allowance. Budget EDI separately and early.

The module list still marks EDI as "Scale + only", a tier name the plan data no longer uses; the first plans with wholesale orders included cost $1,149 and $1,449. Each EDI, SFTP or AS2 connection then carries a one-time setup and testing fee of typically $500 to $1,300. Multiply that by your retail partners before you compare Goflow to anything.

Distilled from the Goflow pricing page at https://goflow.com/pricing, read 3 September 2026 and again 23 September 2026. On the second reading the four named plan cards had been replaced by an order-volume calculator; the plan prices, included orders and overage rates in this review come from the calculator's plan data in the served page, and the Core limits from the 'Compare Core to a subscription' table. The FAQ (what counts as an order, the half-weight rule for channel-fulfilled orders, the Core pause rule, overage, auto-upgrade, downgrades, billing on the 1st, Enterprise's 12-month term, the EDI setup fee and hourly custom work) was read the same day. goflow.com/llms.txt returned 404 on 3 September.

The natural comparison is Linnworks or Extensiv — the multichannel-ops peer set — compare at your order volume and count the EDI connections you'll actually need.

Frequently asked questions

We ship about 3,000 orders a month. Which Goflow plan do we actually pay for?

Probably the $789 plan plus overage, not the next plan up. Read 23 September 2026, the calculator on goflow.com/pricing prices 2,500 orders at $789 a month with 50 cents per order above that, and 5,000 orders at $1,149. At 3,000 orders that is $789 plus $250, or $1,039, and the $789 plan stays cheaper up to about 3,220 orders. Count your channel-fulfilled orders separately first: FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok FBT and Shopify POS orders count at half weight, so 2,000 shipped by you plus 1,000 by Amazon uses 2,500 of the allowance. The FAQ says you can switch plans before the next billing cycle, so size for a typical month and set an auto-upgrade for a known peak.

Can we run our wholesale and EDI orders on Core or the $499 plan?

Not on Core, and only expensively on the $499 plan. Read 23 September 2026, Core connects stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart only; wholesale, dropship and EDI partners need a paid subscription. The page's plan data gives the $499 and $789 plans no included wholesale orders and prices each at $8 of overage. Included wholesale starts at $1,149, where a variant carries 2,000 retail plus 100 wholesale orders, and at $1,449, with 10,000 retail plus 100 wholesale. The module list also still marks EDI as "Scale + only". On top of the plan, each EDI, SFTP or AS2 connection costs a one-time setup and testing fee of typically $500 to $1,300.

If we upgrade and our volume drops again, can we go back to the free plan?

No. Read 23 September 2026, the FAQ says Core is an entry plan only and is not available once you move into a paid tier. You can move down to a lower paid plan before the start of a new billing cycle. Plans bill monthly on the 1st, and you have to tell Goflow at least one business day before the next cycle to change or cancel. The paid plans are month-to-month, except Enterprise, which is a 12-month commitment even if paid monthly. So the real question before leaving Core is whether you will stay above what $499 a month is worth to you, because the cheapest paid plan is from then on your floor.

What should I weigh before buying Operations & Workflow software?

Usually it sits on top rather than replacing everything. Tools in this class tend to become the layer where work is tracked and handed off, while your existing systems stay the source of truth for their own data. Before you buy, map which tools it would replace outright and which it would merely sync with. If the answer is that it syncs with all of them, you are adding a layer rather than removing one.
