There is very little public documentation: no help centre, no setup guide and no published refund or cancellation rules beyond 'cancel anytime' on the monthly plan.
small and mid-sized remote or hybrid teams, up to 100 people, who want a visual virtual office with drop-in video and chat instead of scheduling every conversation.
your team already lives in a chat and video tool and only needs meetings, or you want to read documentation and policies before you buy.

“$60 Paid Quarterly (per user)”Source: nexgenvirtualworkplace.net/our-solutions/smb-market, read 20 Oct 2026
NexGen prices its virtual workplace per user for companies with 1 to 100 employees, all with self implementation: $25 per user paid monthly (cancel anytime), $20 per user a month paid quarterly ($60 per quarter) or $15 per user a month paid yearly ($180 per year). Enterprise customers, which the page describes as 1,000 or more seats, have to book a demo; no price is published.
NexGen separately resells Webex 3.0 bundles, from Basic at $49.95 a year (meetings up to 40 minutes and 100 attendees) to Meet at $14.95 a month or $144 a year per seat. We found no current free trial: the free offer on the homepage referred to September 2026. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: IT & Productivity. Across the 40 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $15 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). NexGen Virtual Office’s entry price of $25 a month sits above that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

We found no current free trial. Enterprise pricing is only available after a demo, and the product runs under several names and domains (NexGen Technologies, NexGen Virtual Office, NexGen Virtual Workplace), which makes it harder to check what you are buying.
Virtual workplace for remote and hybrid teams: individual offices on an interactive floor plan, instant face-to-face video, in-platform chat and a whiteboard, priced per user for teams of 1 to 100 with a separate enterprise offer.

The plans are the same product with different billing: $25 a user month to month, $20 quarterly and $15 yearly. For a team of ten that is $3,000 a year on monthly billing against $1,800 paid yearly, so yearly only makes sense once you know the team will actually move into the virtual office. Start monthly, since that is the plan marked cancel anytime. The Webex bundles are a different product: they are video meetings, not the virtual floor plan, so do not compare them with the SMB plans on price alone.
Book the free tour or demo first; NexGen publishes no help-centre walkthrough, and the SMB plans say self implementation, so your own team sets it up. Ask during the tour how the floor plan and offices are created, how people join, and how billing and cancellation work, since none of that is documented publicly. Roll it out to one team first and check that people actually use the offices and instant video before you move to yearly billing.

The natural comparison is NexGen's own Webex bundles — NexGen also resells Webex 3.0 video meetings, from $49.95 a year for Basic to $14.95 a month per seat for Meet (read 20 October 2026). Those are meetings only; the virtual office at $15 to $25 a user adds the floor plan, personal offices and drop-in conversations.
Read on 27 October 2026: $25 per user a month on monthly billing, $60 per user a quarter or $180 per user a year, for companies with 1 to 100 employees. Enterprise pricing is on request.
We found no current one. A free offer on the homepage referred to September 2026; NexGen offers free tours and demos.
Individual virtual offices on an interactive floor plan, real-time video conferencing and in-platform chat with a whiteboard.
The monthly plan is marked 'Cancel Anytime', but NexGen publishes no cancellation or refund procedure; ask for it in writing before you pay yearly.
