The honest catch is that you can no longer see what this costs.
B2B software teams (especially HubSpot-first) that want a live AI sales agent to qualify website visitors, hold buying conversations and route leads to reps.
you're not running B2B demand-gen through a CRM like HubSpot, or a simpler support chatbot covers your needs at a fraction of the Business-tier cost.

✓ Pricing re-verified 15 Oct 2026
Quote-only since our October reading. Re-read 7 October 2026 on expertise.ai/pricing: the page no longer shows a single amount. Three tiers, each behind a 'Book a demo' button: Premier (Sales Agent, CX Agent and Custom Agents, 'for teams ready to move from experimentation to real, repeatable AI workflows'), Enterprise (everything in Premier plus dedicated infrastructure or a VPS, open-weight model support and private deployment options) and Unlimited (everything in Enterprise plus unlimited usage, forward-deployed engineers and data residency).
The FAQ says pricing is based on your workflows, integrations, infrastructure and deployment requirements. The Free Preview is gone from the page, and so are the separately priced booking system and Expertise Assistant. Our 1 September capture still carried the old ladder; our 1 October capture had no amounts at all. The last ladder Expertise AI published itself, read 3 September 2026: Free Preview at no cost (1 AI agent, 10 conversations, up to 50 training materials); Business at $2,000/mo on both monthly and yearly billing, with conversations for websites up to 50,000 monthly visitors, up to 500 training materials, visitor intelligence, proactive live chat and 2-way sync in HubSpot, 3 playbooks, a webhook, implementation by their team, and Voice AI with 300 minutes a month and $0.25 per minute after that; Enterprise on quote.
Before that, in July, there was a Growth tier at $500/mo and Business was $1,250. The booking system was free or $30/mo ($24 billed yearly) and the Expertise Assistant free or $50/mo per user ($40 billed yearly). Treat those figures as the yardstick to hold a quote against, not as a current offer. Re-read 15 October 2026: still no amount on the page, the same three tiers behind 'Book a demo', no free preview; the FAQ now adds that Unlimited means 'there is no credit limit on your plan' and that every plan includes the Sales, CX and Custom Agents. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: IT & Productivity. Across the 40 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $15 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

On 3 September 2026 the page still had a ladder: a Free Preview capped at 10 conversations, then Business at $2,000/mo, the $500 Growth tier having been withdrawn in August. By 1 October every amount was gone, the free preview with it, and all three tiers now end in 'Book a demo'. So the price is whatever the call produces, and the only public yardstick is the old $2,000 a month.
It's also a RAG agent, so it's only as good as the docs you feed it: give it thin content and it can answer buyers confidently but wrong. Strong for HubSpot-centric B2B teams that are ready to buy through sales; hard to evaluate on your own.

AI sales agent for B2B websites. Replaces a static chatbot with a live, RAG-grounded agent that holds buying conversations, qualifies visitors and routes them to reps or calendar slots — HubSpot-first, with visitor intelligence.

Hands-on: not tested by usReported by buyers: G2 and platform reviews, read August 2026
Themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Expertise AI ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
The most useful thing we can tell you about this ladder is that it kept changing under us, and in October it stopped being a ladder. In July there was a Growth tier at $500 a month and Business at $1,250. By 15 August Growth was gone and Business had become $2,000, the same on monthly and yearly billing. On 3 September Business still cost $2,000 but its conversations were 'Limited' to websites with up to 50,000 monthly visitors, with unlimited moved up to Enterprise.
On 7 October the pricing page shows three tiers, Premier, Enterprise and Unlimited, with no amount on any of them and no free preview. What each tier buys is described, not priced. Premier carries the Sales Agent, the CX Agent and custom agents. Enterprise adds dedicated infrastructure or a VPS, open-weight models and private deployment. Unlimited adds unlimited usage, forward-deployed engineers and data residency. The FAQ says the price follows your workflows, integrations, infrastructure and deployment.
So the question is no longer whether the paid plan is worth it but whether the quote is. Hold it against the last public figures: $2,000 a month for Business in September, with 300 voice minutes and $0.25 a minute after that. Ask which tier the quote is for, whether conversations are capped, and whether there is still a trial before you sign.
Our monthly capture read this pricing page in September 2026 and again in October 2026. In September the page still published a free preview and Business at $2,000 a month, a figure that had risen from $1,250 the month before. In October there is no amount anywhere on it: three tiers, Premier, Enterprise and Unlimited, each behind a 'Book a demo' button, and an FAQ saying pricing follows your workflows and deployment. The free preview went with the numbers.
Prepare the documents before you book the demo. This is a RAG agent, so it answers from what you feed it — give it thin or contradictory content and it will answer your buyers confidently and wrongly, which is worse than not answering. Gather your product pages, pricing rules, policies and the answers your sales team actually gives, and reconcile the contradictions first. Then go into the call with your hardest buyer questions and ask to see the agent answer them on your own content.
Since October 2026 there is no self-serve way in: the Free Preview that allowed ten conversations is no longer on the pricing page, and Premier, Enterprise and Unlimited are all sold through a demo. Bring the old figures as a yardstick. On 3 September 2026 Business was $2,000 a month, $24,000 a year, with no discount for annual billing. Ask for a pilot before committing to anything near that, and ask whether the booking system and the Expertise Assistant, once priced separately, are still sold and at what rate.
the Expertise AI pricing page at https://expertise.ai/pricing — the AI Agent plan table, the per-plan "Plan Includes" list, the separately priced booking system and Expertise Assistant ladders, and the billing FAQ — plus expertise.ai/llms.txt. Both read 3 September 2026. Re-read 7 October 2026: the plan table and both side-product ladders are gone, replaced by three demo-only tiers. Buying questions read 15 October 2026: expertise.ai/pricing (FAQ on pricing, included agents, unlimited usage and forward deployment) and expertise.ai/terms-of-service (last updated 30 March 2026: auto-renewal, cancellation, fee changes, free trials, section 9A on visitor identification).
The natural comparison is Intercom Fin or Qualified — close conversational-sales/AI-agent platforms — Expertise AI leans HubSpot-first B2B; compare on visitor-intelligence features and tier pricing.
Probably, but the size of any cap is not published. On 15 October 2026 the pricing FAQ says Unlimited usage means 'there is no credit limit on your plan', which implies that Premier and Enterprise carry a credit allowance; neither the pricing page nor expertise.ai/llms.txt states one. The same FAQ says every plan includes the Sales, CX and Custom Agents, so the tiers differ in infrastructure, deployment, usage and data control rather than in which agents you get. Ask in the demo for the allowance in writing and for what happens when it runs out. Not confirmed.
Expertise AI's Terms of Service (last updated 30 March 2026, read 15 October 2026) say a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle on the same conditions unless you or Expertise AI cancel it, and that you cancel the renewal from your online account page or by emailing info@expertise.ai. A fee change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle after reasonable prior notice. Where a free trial is offered it can require billing details and charges automatically at its end unless cancelled. These terms predate the demo-only pricing, so a signed order form may set its own term; ask for it before you sign.
No. Section 9A of the Terms of Service (last updated 30 March 2026, read 15 October 2026) keeps Visitor Identification at company level: you may not use the data to identify, target or profile individual natural persons, may not combine company identification data with IP addresses in any user-facing display, export or communication, and may not redistribute, resell or sublicense it. GDPR compliance where it applies is your responsibility. If your plan depends on person-level de-anonymisation, these terms rule it out.
