Basic is $0.00: name availability check, preparation and filing of the state documents, filing within 7 days, lifetime customer support and an online company dashboard. Standard is $149.00: filing in 3 days, plus EIN application preparation, BOI report preparation, membership or stock certificates, a prepared operating agreement or bylaws, and meeting minutes.
Premium is $249.00: filing in 1 business day, plus the compliance and annual report service (first year included, then $100 a year) and a dedicated account manager. Every package says an additional $99 a year applies if you use Zenind's registered address and registered agent service. Separately priced: registered agent $99 a year in all 50 states and DC, operating agreement or bylaws $99 one-time on Basic, an extra BOI report $29, certificate of good standing $99 plus government fees, federal trademark registration $199 plus USPTO fees, sales and use tax registration $299 plus government fees, and online notary $25 plus $10 per extra seal. A registered agent costs $99 a year on every package, the operating agreement is $99 extra on Basic, and state filing fees always come on top, so the real first-year cost is well above $0. Basic also takes up to 7 days to file. Annual report filing is included only on Premium and only for the first year, then $100 a year plus state fees. Zenind is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We have not used Zenind ourselves.
Online US company formation for LLCs and corporations, with registered agent, EIN and BOI report preparation, compliance reminders and a company dashboard, aimed at founders inside and outside the US.

Basic really is $0 for Zenind's service, but you still pay the state filing fee, and it covers filing only: the name check, the documents, submission within 7 days, and a dashboard. Most new companies also need a registered agent, an EIN and an operating agreement. The registered agent is $99 a year on any package, and the operating agreement is $99 on Basic, so a realistic Basic setup is the state fee plus about $198 in the first year.
Standard at $149 bundles the EIN preparation, the BOI report preparation, the operating agreement or bylaws, certificates and minutes, and files in 3 days instead of 7. If you would buy the operating agreement anyway, Standard costs only $50 more than Basic plus that document. Premium at $249 adds next-business-day filing, a dedicated account manager and the first year of the compliance and annual report service, which renews at $100 a year.
Government fees for the annual report itself are not included. The ongoing costs are the part to put in a budget: $99 a year for the registered agent and, on Premium after year one, $100 a year for annual report filing, on top of what your state charges.
Choose the state first, because the filing fee follows it: the page showed $120.00 in state fees as it loaded, and the figure changes when you pick a state. Founders outside the US often look at Delaware or Wyoming; the page lists both at the top. Then decide whether you need Zenind as registered agent. Every LLC or corporation needs one, and using Zenind's address adds $99 a year to any package.
If you have a US address and someone to receive legal mail, you can skip it. Compare Basic plus the extras you need with Standard. An EIN, an operating agreement and a BOI report are in Standard at $149; on Basic the operating agreement alone is $99. After formation, set up a reminder for the annual report in your state. Premium includes the compliance service for the first year, and Zenind charges $100 a year after that; state fees are always extra.

The natural comparison is doola — doola is in our dossiers too and also forms US companies for founders, often from outside the US. Zenind sells one-time packages from $0 plus state fees and charges the registered agent, compliance and extra documents separately; compare both on the total for the first two years, including the registered agent and annual report filing..
The Basic package has a $0.00 service fee, but state filing fees come on top ($120.00 as the page loaded, varying by state), the registered agent is $99 a year if you use Zenind, and the operating agreement is $99 extra on Basic.
Filing in 3 days instead of 7, EIN application preparation, BOI report preparation, membership or stock certificates, a prepared operating agreement or bylaws, and meeting minutes.
The registered agent is $99 a year if you use Zenind. The compliance and annual report service is included for the first year on Premium and costs $100 a year after that. State fees are always extra.
The bar here is higher than features. Check who actually holds the money and under what licence, whether client funds are segregated, what audit trail and permission controls you get, and how support behaves when something goes wrong mid-transaction. Anything touching payments should be able to answer those in writing; if it cannot, that is your answer.
